The National Minority Quality Forum was founded in 1998 to address the critical need for strengthening national and local efforts to use evidence-based, data-driven initiatives to guide programs to eliminate the disproportionate burden of premature death and preventable illness for racial and ethnic minorities and other special populations

The DRIVE – Demonstrating Real Improvement in Value and Equity – Toolkit has been developed for primary care teams, healthcare systems, and community organizations to help improve health outcomes for diverse and underserved populations across the United States.

When cancer is found earlier, treatment is more likely to be successful. Too often, diagnosis occurs at later stages, after symptoms have developed and the cancer has spread. This is particularly true of unscreened cancers, and especially so among underserved communities, like racial and ethnic minorities and rural populations.

The National Minority Quality Forum Has Established The National Alliance For Brain Health And Awareness (NABHA) In Recognition Of The Need For Collaboration Across The Domains Of Brain Health
